CentWorks ("we," "our," or "us") operates Friday AI, a monday.com marketplace application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install and use Friday AI through the monday.com platform.

By installing or using Friday AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the application.

2. Information We Collect

Information from monday.com

When you connect Friday AI to your monday.com account, we access and store the following data provided through the monday.com API:

• Your monday.com user ID, name, and email address
• Your workspace and account identifiers
• Board names, column names, group names, and item metadata from boards you authorize
• User lists within your workspace (for automation configuration purposes)

Automation Data

To create and execute your automations, we collect and store:

• Automation configurations (triggers, conditions, and actions) you define
• Execution logs including timestamps, automation IDs, trigger event data, and success/failure status
• Natural language input you provide during automation setup

Usage and Technical Data

• App usage metrics such as automation creation counts and execution frequencies
• Error logs and diagnostic information for service improvement
• Subscription plan information managed through monday.com's billing system

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Friday AI application
• Create, configure, and execute automations on your behalf
• Resolve entity references (board IDs, column IDs, user IDs) needed to build your automations
• Display execution logs and usage statistics within the app
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Enforce subscription plan limits
• Improve and develop the application's features

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Friday AI service.

4. AI and Data Processing

Friday AI uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) only during the automation setup phase to parse your natural language input and resolve board context. Once an automation is installed, it runs using purely deterministic logic — no AI processes your data at runtime.

Natural language input provided during setup may be processed by Anthropic's API. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• monday.com: We interact with monday.com's API on your behalf as required to operate the service.
• Anthropic: Natural language inputs are processed via Anthropic's API during automation setup only.
• Service providers: We use infrastructure providers (hosting, logging) who process data only on our instructions under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Friday AI account is active. Execution logs are retained for a rolling 90-day period by default. If you uninstall Friday AI from your monday.com account, you may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Friday AI is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
