Terms of Service — Friday AI

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CentWorks ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Friday AI, a monday.com marketplace application.

By installing, accessing, or using Friday AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application. If you are installing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Friday AI is a monday.com application that enables users to create and manage workflow automations using natural language input. The service includes:

An AI-guided automation builder
Automation execution engine integrated with monday.com webhooks
An automation dashboard and execution logs
Subscription-based plan management

Friday AI operates exclusively within the monday.com platform. A valid monday.com account is required to use the service.

3. Account and Access

Access to Friday AI is granted through your monday.com account via OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your monday.com credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use complies with monday.com's own terms of service

You must notify us immediately at support@centworks.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Friday AI is offered under tiered subscription plans managed through the monday.com Marketplace billing system:

Free: 2 active automations, 10 runs/month — no charge
Basic: 10 active automations, 100 runs/month
Standard: 20 active automations, unlimited runs
Enterprise: Unlimited automations and runs

All billing is handled by monday.com's native subscription system. CentWorks does not directly process or store payment information. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to monday.com's billing terms in addition to these Terms.

Plan limits are enforced automatically. Automations exceeding your plan's limits will be disabled until you upgrade or reduce your active automation count.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Friday AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the service to automate any activity that violates applicable law or monday.com's policies
Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the application
Use the service to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial account numbers) without appropriate safeguards
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, boards, or data
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users

6. monday.com Integration

Friday AI operates as an integration with monday.com. Your use of Friday AI is also subject to monday.com's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes monday.com makes to its platform, API, or terms that may affect Friday AI's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

Friday AI, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CentWorks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the application as described herein.

You retain ownership of all data, automations, and content you create within Friday AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Friday AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Automations created with Friday AI are provided for your convenience — you are responsible for verifying that they function as intended before relying on them for business-critical processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CentWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Friday AI, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Friday AI shall not exceed the amount you paid to CentWorks (via monday.com) in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use of Friday AI at any time by uninstalling the application from your monday.com account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Friday AI at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting support@centworks.io.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify app installers by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Friday AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CentWorks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
